Cancer Screening Package for Female

Detecting early signs of cancer is important and therefore a general screening is a good choice. The basic screening package for women includes a full-body MRI, oncologic consultation, blood tests, dermatoscopic screening, mammography, ultra sound, gynaecologist consultation and PAPA + HPV test. Additional tests that can be added are breast MRI, colonoscopy, lung CT and gastroesophageal scopy. The doctor makes a report of the results and an additional remote video appointment can be scheduled for aftercare and follow-up.

Cancer Screening Package for Male

General cancer screening is a good choice if you want to detect cancer before symptoms appear. The screening package for men includes full-body MRI, oncologic consultation, blood tests and dermatoscopic screening. Additional tests can be added such as lung CT, colonoscopy, gastroesophageal scopy and urology consultation based on PSA levels.

Cancer-Specific Screening Packages

Cancer-specific screening is recommended if you have a higher risk of getting a specific type of cancer due to family history of cancer. The main screening packages offered are prostate cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, skin cancer, colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer. The doctor makes a report of the results and an additional remote video appointment can be scheduled for follow-up. Incase the results are positive, treatments can be started as soon as on the following day.

Comprehensive Stomach, Colon and Liver Examination

The examination includes endoscopy of the oesophagus, stomach, duodenum and colon. Also ultrasound examination of the structure of the liver and comprehensive blood tests to examine the functioning of the liver will be made. The examination is performed under general anaesthesia and necessary samples will be taken. Any superficial tumours or precursors of cancer are removed. The examination can reveal many conditions such as cancerous growths in the stomach, colon or liver, gastritis, stomach ulcers, helicobacter pylori infection, coeliac disease, ulcerative colitis, morbus crohn, diverticula, haemorrhoids, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis C and other liver infections and liver failure. A detailed statement of the findings and the necessary treatment instructions will be delivered after the examination.

Second Opinion

Getting a cancer diagnosis is often confusing, sometimes frightening, and always emotional. In this demanding situation, you may find it difficult to make decisions about, for example, cancer treatment options. Cancer treatments are also constantly evolving, so it is important to find an expert who is experienced in treating the cancer you are suffering from. Many cancer patients seek advice and expertise from more than one physician to ensure a correct diagnosis and evaluate treatment options. For a second opinion, you don’t need to be present, as it can be done remotely. The doctor will make the assessment based on your current situation, medical history and type of cancer. You will be given treatment recommendations that can be combined with treatments at your local hospital.
